Shipping & Returns
During the covid 19 pandemic, postage is restricted to the UK only.
Orders are posted using Royal Mail within two working days of your order being placed.
I hope you’ll be very happy with your purchase from Very British Wool.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you must let me know within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the item and will then be refunded within 14 days of me receiving the item.
Returned items will only be accepted from the person that placed the order.
Unless the goods are faulty, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

Returned items, that are not faulty, must be in an unused, unopened, clean saleable condition. Items that are returned with a smell [such as cigarettes] or are contaminated with pet hair, will not be refunded.
How to return an item.
Please reuse the original packaging wherever possible and include details of your name, address, telephone number and email address. You will be notified via email once your return has been received.
